This helped my PCOS

"Okay..WOW! I have struggled with acne ever since I was diagnosed with PCOS. I had tried everything from medications/antibiotics, to even taking Accutane for 7 months. Though that did help my acne go away, it wasn’t a permanent result and my skin has been so DRY ever since even years later.
