We’re C.J. and Red, the husband and wife team behind Ancient Owl Naturals.

Ancient Owl began with my own struggle with acne. After trying just about every hack and dermatologist recommended treatment out there, I became determined to find something simple, natural and effective. That search eventually led me to Cold Cream - an ancient cleansing method that completely changed the way I thought about skincare.

I created my own formula for acne-prone skin, paired it with a simple routine based on years of research and testing, and started sharing it with friends and family. When they began seeing the same incredible results, Red suggested we turn what we had discovered into something we could share with others.

And Ancient Owl was born 🤍

Today the two of us still handcraft all of our skincare together in small batches using thoughtfully chosen ingredients with a purpose. We believe skincare doesn’t need endless steps or complicated ingredient lists. It can be simple, nourishing, intentional, and rooted in the wisdom of what has worked for generations.
