"Let's talk STRETCH MARKS and a little remedy from @ancientowl 🖤 I had so many questions my last postpartum fitness journey where my stretch marks where? how did I not get them? how did I prevent them? Why do some people get them more than others? ---- as we try to be conscientious about what we put INSIDE our bodies, we need to do the same on what we put on the OUTSIDE as well. One way to help prevent stretch marks for expecting moms is to keep that skin hydrated the right way! I've been using @ancientowl ALL NATURAL body butter on my belly, thighs, bum and breasts. It's got organic shea butter, mango butter, coconut oil, grapeseed oil, arrowroot, vitamin E, & essential oils in it. I use it after I shower and when my skin starts to feel itchy at all. It's awesome and you expecting mamas will love it 🖤🖤🖤 that being said, stretch marks are also somewhat genetic with the elasticity in your skin. I bet all moms get at least some stretch marks!
