Because true healing is gentle and our skin barrier doesn't like over exfoliation, we recommend using this scrub no more than once every other week in the beginning, then working your way up to 2× a week if need — and only after active breakouts have fully healed. Your skin deserves softness, not over-scrubbing.
Each scrub comes with a wooden spoon to help you scoop out the product without introducing moisture, preserving its freshness naturally (no preservatives needed).

1. Mix about 1 tsp. of the facial scrub with half a tsp. of water.
2. Scrub in even circular motions onto your face. Keeping away from eyes.
3. Let dry until scrub has hardened, then rinse and follow up with our Cold Cream as a moisturizer.
